What columns does the CSV need?
Six columns: type, name, value1, value2, value3, value4. Only "value1" is required — "type" defaults to a URL QR code if left blank, and "name" is auto-generated if left blank. Which value columns you need depends on the type — see the legend on this page or the downloadable sample template.
Is the "type" column mandatory?
No. If you leave it blank, every row is treated as a URL QR code. Only set it when you want a different type, like WiFi or UPI, for that specific row.
Which QR types are supported in bulk?
All 11: url, text, wifi, upi, vcard, email, phone, sms, whatsapp, event, and review — the same types available in the individual generators.
Why one row per QR code instead of packing multiple codes into one line?
Standard one-row-per-code CSV is what Excel and Google Sheets produce and edit natively — it is far less error-prone than a custom packed format, and lets you sort, filter, and edit your list normally before generating.
What is the maximum batch size, and why?
20 codes per batch. Each code is individually styled, labeled with its title, and rendered in your browser — keeping the batch small means generation finishes in a few seconds with no waiting, and 20 covers most real-world cases like tagging tables or a small product line. For larger lists, run a few batches back to back.
Can I add a logo to the whole batch?
Yes — upload one logo and it is applied to every code in the batch, automatically cropped to a circle and combined with high error correction to stay scannable.
